Surely, obtaining the Hook of Time can be a mind-boggling task in Sea of Stars. Players want to enjoy the experience at Golden Pelican but they can’t get access to it just because they don’t have the invitation.  That very invitation can be found with the help of Hook of Time and some other tasks linked with True Ending. Also, Garl is the guy who would give you the Hook of Time.  But, how can you actually get your hands on it? Well, that’s what I have covered in this guide. Keep on reading to discover the method.  Obtaining the Hook of Time  Obtaining the Hookk of Time involves completing some pre-requisites. You must have already collected all the 60 Rainbow Conches and defeated the Fleshmancer’s Lieutenant.  Lighting up all the 7 pillars on the Moorland Ruins is essential. This involves various tasks which are actually the part of main storyline and also the True Ending. Here is the list:  Once you have done all of it by completing the tasks linked to True Ending, you can visit the campsite where you must talk to Garl Twice and he will give you the Hook of Time.  Using Hook of Time to Obtain Glided Invitation  After getting the Hook of Time, you can use it to fish on an island with the “???” in the southern area. This will get you the Glided Invitation for Golden Pelican.  So, with the Hook of Time head to the fish-shaped island with the “???”. Jump into the fishing spot and look for the shiny object in the water. Use the Hook of Time to pull it out, this will bring out a secret cave entrance.  Enter the cave and take down all the enemies, on the north side there will be a locked door. Now, head towards the southwest and dive into the water. Look for the whirlpool, and use it to go to the other side.  Here, you will end up in a room with a chest. Loot the chest to get the Fishing Dungeon Key. Grab the key and go back to that locked door. Unlock it and you will be in a pool area with fish in it.  You need to catch that glowing golden-colored fish, either use the hook or jump in and catch it with your hands. Grab the key from the fish and head towards the north side using the stairs.  Clear the area from enemies and keep on moving towards the north until you end up in a room with a pool. This exact pool has a huge fish in there, take out your fishing rod and catch that fish. It might be a bit harder but you have to catch it.  As soon as you catch the fish a scene will be played and you will eventually get the Gilded Invitation for Golden Pelican.  FAQs How to Use Hook of Time in Sea of Stars? The Hook of Time is used in pools inside the hidden cave on the fish-shaped island with “???” on it.  Here, you can use the hook to catch multiple fish that have keys to locked doors for the hidden cave and also the Glided Invitation for Golden Pelican restaurant.  How do you get Garl Back in the Sea of Stars? I know Garl is a super important character when it comes to getting Hook of Time. You can revive him if you have completed all the sidequests plus you have collected all 60 Rainbow Conches. Spa is a building in Sea of Stars that you can use for a stat boost, but this needs to be run by a spa worker. And even before that, you must construct it by performing various tasks.  Sea of Stars has attracted thousands of players to it due to the features and storyline it offers. Being such a fun game, it sometimes becomes challenging for players. Like when they are finding some stuff such as Turbo Cookie, Artful Gambit, and other items.  However, due to its unique story players find it super interesting to dive in deeper even with the challenging situations. Suppose you are too having a hard time with the Spa, especially in finding the Spa Worker then I have got you covered.  Let’s dive in and see where this NPC is hiding. Finding the Spa Worker in Sea of Stars Spa can prove to be a helpful location for you in Sea of  Stars. In order to run it, you need assistance from someone and that is Chi. He would help you in taking care of your spa. But, it’s not that straightforward, if you want him to be at your spa, you must give him something in return. And that is helping him out on his Stonemasons Outpost on Sleeper Island. The problem here is that the water flow of this island has been cut off somehow and you have to restore it.  This might seem a tough thing to do but all you need to do is explore around the outpost area and look for a Jade Tap. Interacting with it will restore the water flow of Stonemasons Outpost.  Once you do that, head back to Chi at the Stonemasons Post where he will be bathing. Speak to him and he will eventually make his way to the Mirth and at your spa.  Building Spa in Sea of Stars The Spa can be built by obtaining those building plans and then interacting with Jirad at the Mirth. For this purpose, you need to get those 39 Rainbow Cnoches and hand them over to Conch Merchant in Lake Docarria.  Doing so will get you the building plans. Now, I would recommend you to head to the Mirth and speak to Jirad the Constructionist. He will build all 4 buildings for you. But, in order to run them, you will need to bring in an NPC for each of them.  For Spa, we have already covered the above. Once Jirad has completed the construction, follow the above method to ask Chi to move into your spa and run it.  The spa has a fee that must be paid by each user, this fee is 250 Gold. Did you know that each of your teammates can use the spa in order to get a stat boost? Well, that’s what the pa is used for.  Each one of your teammates will get a specific stat boost. Here, have a look.  So, in my opinion, it’s truly worth it to get the spa on Mirth and use it to get a bonus stat boost. This is gonna help you in battles around the different parts. Most importantly, during the boss battles you will notice the difference.  FAQs Where is the Spa Worker in Sea of Stars? The Spa Worker is an NPC named Chi in Sea of Stars. Just like for the rest of the buildings, you would need him to run the spa.  Chi can be found at Stonemasons Outpost but he would require you to open the water supply of the outpost. Once you do that he will disappear from the the outpost and reach your spa.  Is the Spa Worth it in Sea of Stars? For sure, the Spa is worth your little effort. It will give your characters a predefined stat boost that is immensely helpful in fights.  Each of the characters you have in the game will get a specific stat boost. Although, it will cost you some Gold. But, I would say, it’s truly worth it.

You can activate or deactivate it at any time, I would recommend to activate in the boss battles. Doing so will give you tons of additional damage. You can choose to activate it when you are roaming around but it can be painful sometimes. However, you can still knock down the enemies with just a single hit if it is landed at the right time.  Make sure not to activate it right after you have obtained it. Doing so might bring out the trophy. So, roam around for some time and then try activating it when in a tough battle.  Artful Gambit can become even more effective when it is paired up with various trinkets. Here are some of them:  If you try to equip trinkets that boost HP, you will notice that they are not useful here. Because Artful Gambit decreases the user’s HP by 95% even including that comes from equipped items.    To make this relic even more powerful, try equipping other relics with it, such as Sixth Sense and Double Edge. Turbo Cookie is an early-game item that you need to find after a request from an NPC ghost or you can find it before the ghost requests it. It’s a side quest just like many other quests you will meet in Sea of Stars.  For most of the beginners, it becomes a little challenging to find Turbo Cookie. Keep on reading to discover its exact location and more.  How to Start Side Quest Find Turbo Cookie in Sea of Stars I’m pretty sure most of the newbies would spend hours and still won’t find Turbo Cookie, however, it’s not that hard to find. That happens because they don’t know the exact spot where to look for it.  As mentioned earlier, you will need to have a conversation with an NPC ghost who would request you to find Turbo Cookie although, it’s not necessary, you can also speak to him after finding the Turbo Cookie.  As for the ghost, he is specifically in the graveyard area in the Town of Lucent. When you talk to him, he will ask if you have seen his Turbo Cookie and then request that you find it for him. At this point, you will need to explore the area to find the cookie.  One thing to notice here is, that it is not required to speak to the ghost before finding the cookie, you can find the cookie first and then visit the ghost.  Turbo Cookie Location in Sea of Stars So, let’s jump on to the main part, where you should look for it. In order to find Turbo Cookie you will need to reach the central area of Lucent. And look for the attic, specifically the First Stage of Grief (Inn). Here you can see a chest, somewhere around the dust and webs.  But you can only reach this place if you have Graplou. It will help you traverse through ledges that lead to the central area of Lucent and the attic. So, first off, work towards the main story of the game until you have got the Graplou.  Once you have it, head back to the Lucent and move ahead following the route until you reach the bridge which will be on the eastern side of Lucent. Here, you can use your Graplou to reach the upper area.  Keep on moving in this area on the left side and then downwards, you will eventually end up on the roof. From here, enter the attic area and look for that chest. Search it and grab the Turbo Cookie.  Now, head back to the ghost NPC and hand it over to him. Right after that, you will have to defeat him. It won’t be a tricky battle, finish him off and search the graves around them to grab the Shed Key. This will allow you to unlock one of the locked shacks in the area.  Usage of Shed Key in Sea of Stars Completing this side quest will also allow you to get access to the exclusive Quiz Master’s Game Room. This is when you use the Shed Key in one of the locked shacks in the same area near the bridge. This shack takes you to the exact place where Quiz Master’s show is going on. Here, you can interact and participate in the game. You will be asked 11 different questions. Answering correctly each one of them will reward you with different items. So, make sure to correctly find the right answers to get the rewards. In the end, when you have answered all 11 questions correctly, you will be rewarded with Filmsy Hammer which is a bonus reward. What is Turbo Cookie in Sea of Stars Turbo Cookie is a unique item in Sea of Stars. When you start your journey in Sea of Stars, there will be dozens of items that you will find. Each one has a specific purpose and will prove to be super helpful in your journey. Turbo Cookie is not any consumable item, rather it’s just a special and unique item which is required by an NPC in the Town of Lucent. It is sort of essential thing to find this cookie and give it to the right NPC after which you can continue in the main story. It is you can say connected with other important parts of the game.
