Completing it will allow you to continue leveling up and pushing forward.  In order to receive Verdant Restoration Quest (Mirador Shrine Puzzle) you must speak with Nessa Harrow who is in the Windsard. But before that, make sure you have achieved level 16. She will assign you this quest and ask you to solve the puzzle at Mirador Shrine. Also, you will need to bring a gem with you, because that’s needed to be placed at the shrine. Now, it’s time to head to the shrine. It is located on the western side of where you had a conversation with Nessa Harrow. The marked area on your map points out the exact location of the shrine.  Solving the Mirador Shrine Puzzle When you reach the shrine, there will be some broken walls, climb those walls to get to the other side. You might encounter a threat at this point, finish him off and place the gem.  Look out for the puzzle in the room, it will be on the wall. Now, you can see three different symbols. All you need to do is rotate them in the correct order. Here’s the right order.  To complete the puzzle, rotate the stones in a manner that from left to right you will see the symbols in order: an X symbol, a P symbol, and a Trident symbol.
