What it would do is it adds an option called Disable Pick Up. Once this option is activated, your Sim won’t pick the toddler. You will have to disable this option again to let them pick the toddler.
It has made life a lot easier because my Sims used to pick up the toddler whenever they fed them in the high chair.

This is quite a unique mod and is exclusively designed for a better social interaction of kid Sims. The mod is called Ask Parent About Dating, created by Ilkavelle.
