Abandoned Coffin Site of Grace Elden Ring: Full Guide

Abandoned Coffin in Elden Ring is located in a place where you will face some major threats. But, this exact spot can be rewarding as well. It is situated near the hilly area of Altus Plateau, a place where a boss also spawns. Paying a visit to Abanondoend Coffin can be extremely rewarding but you have to look out for things with a little extra attention since there are many hidden items. There is also a site of grace near Abandoned Coffin which makes it easier for you to clear out threats in the area. Let’s dive deeper to find out more! Abandoned Coffin Location Reaching the Abandoned Coffin is not that difficult, it is just close to the Altus Plateau. I would recommend you get on the Altus Plateateu and move along its right-side edge until you reach a point that leads you toward the lower level. Now, from that point get on the lower ground and head straight, just keep moving along the right-side wall and enter through a narrow path. You will encounter a wolf on this route. This exact route takes you to the Abandoned Coffin location. Ancient Dragon Lansseax Boss in Abandoned Coffin As you reach the Abandoned Coffin area through the Altus Plateau, look for the site of grace. Rest at this point and prepare yourself for the boss fight with Ancient Dragon Lansseax. Defeating this dragon will reward you with 60,000 Runes and a special type of Dragon Cult spell called Lansseax’s Glaive. Now, the most important part is how to defeat this ancient dragon. There are actually two different spots from where you can start the fight. The first one is the Abandoned Coffin Site of Grace and the second one is the Rampartside Path Site of Grace. Since you are on the Abandoned Coffin Site of Grace, the dragon will appear near the hill from where you came down, the exact spot is close to the wolf on the narrow path. Once the dragon appears at the Abandoned Coffin Site of Grace, fight with him and do enough damage that his health reaches 80%. The dragon will retreat and it will appear again when you visit the Rampartside Path Site of Grace. Here, you can finally finish him off and collect the items he drops. This dragon boss uses lightning attacks, he will spawn a huge red lightning in his hand and wave it around covering a huge area in just a single strike. Apart from that, he will use a fire breath attack. Both of these attacks are quite powerful. And the entire fight is absolutely amazing based on its appearance and all. When it comes to fighting style, It is recommended that you take advantage of the hilly area and choose higher ground. However, the dragon is weak against pierce attacks. So, it’s more like a close-range fight if you want to defeat him with his weakness. For this purpose, you can make use of various weapons like thrusting swords, great spears, and even bows. Exploring the Rest of the Abandoned Coffin Area Abandoned Coffin has multiple spots that can be explored to collect various rewards. Defeating enemies around the area can help you gather a good amount of runes. Additionally, there are various stacks of items hidden throughout the abandoned hilly area. It’s worth checking out each part of the entire location at least once. Clearing Out Omens The entire Abandoned Coffin area is filled up with Omens, they are a great source of runes. So, I would definitely recommend you kill each one of them. Traverse the entire area and look for omens wherever you can. Some of the omens roam on the ground level while some roam on the coffins. Ranged attacks or spells can be used to push them down. Collecting Important Items & Other Rewards Runes aren’t the only rewards you will get as a reward in Abandoned Coffins, there are many other rewards like Lightning Ram Ash of War, Golden Runes, Dragonbolt Blessing, and Scarced Tear. All of these items are placed at different spots around the Abandoned Coffin area. Stormcaller Church is a small area located within the Abandoned Coffin, look out for it as there is a chest that contains Dragonbolt Blessing. Some of the stuff is quite easy to find like Lightning Ram Ash of War, which is found standing in open ground. You can spot it with its glowing light. While some items are hidden, you can still find them with a bit of extra effort. Golden Runes are quite useful items and you should not miss them at all. They can help you store runes or more specifically they work like rune generators. Using them will grant you a certain amount of runes instantly. The rest of the items are essential too, so pick up as many of these as you can. Most of the Golden Runes will be in the coffins around the area. Check thoroughly each one of the coffins in the entire area. If you are lucky enough then you might get the best variations of Golden Runes. Runes work as the currency of the Elden Ring, you can get it through several ways but there is a high risk of losing them at any point. And unfortunately, we cannot store or bank them directly. But there is a workaround that can help us save our runes. In this guide, I have covered the possible ways of saving our precious runes. We are not directly storing them, instead, we have a few ways of investing which will help us when we need those runes. Ways to Save or Store Runes in Elden Ring Losing your hard-earned stacks of runes can be frustrating and that’s why most of us often look for ways to store them or either bank them somewhere. If we die at any point, all the collected runes go in ash. The most challenging thing is we cannot store them anywhere. It’s just with us until we spend them somewhere like buying different stuff or upgrading things. And yes, you guessed it right we are going to invest them so that they can be saved. So, here are some ways that I found super useful when it comes to saving the runes. Store Runes with Sacrificial Twig Now, we all know that we lose our collected runes whenever we die. But, we have an item in the game to tackle this situation. But this costs you some of your runes. So, in order to stop losing your runes upon death, get yourself some Sacrifical Twigs. These are the items that protects your collected runes from losing when you die in a battle. Each of the Sacrificial Twigs costs 3,000 Runes, and they are one-time usable items. So, try to use them when you have collected a huge amount of Runes. You can purchase it from various merchants across the Lands Between. One such merchant is Twin Maiden Husks who can be found at Table of Lost Grace. Rune Items One of the best ways that I found is stacking up rune items, these are the consumables that give you a certain amount of runes when consumed. So, it’s a perfect way of storing runes without having worries of losing them. Now, there are a variety of consumables for this specific purpose. One such item is the Golden Rune. It has variations, and each one of them gives you a different amount of runes. Such as the best variation can yield 10,000 runes. The lowest amount you can get from a variation is 200 runes. Now, if you don’t know where to get these consumables then let me tell you, they are obtained primarily through looting. Hundreds of corpses are spread around the Lands Between that have Golden Runes. The best way is to search the spots near the sites of grace such as Rampartsite Path, Gate Town Bridge, and many others. Another option is finding them in glowing skulls, they spawn at random spots around the map. Other ways include defeating enemies, looting from hot-air balloons, treasure nobles, and chanting winged dames. These are the possible of getting your hands on Golden Runes. In my opinion, you should definitely pick them up and store them in your inventory whenever possible. Spend Your Runes Another way to save your runes is by spending them on different activities. Since runes work as the main currency in Elden Ring, we can use them to purchase lots of items and even upgrade or alter your character’s stats. This is a great way to invest your runes early on before they get lost. I would recommend you to spend them on purchasing useful and important items and also upgrade the stats. This is definitely one of the essential parts of your journey. You have to buy new weapons and other items from time to time. As you move toward new spots and discover new enemies, the threats get stronger and this requires some ultimate weapons and boosted stats. There is no better way of saving your runes than to spend them. So, what you can do is head straight to the merchants and get yourself loaded with some high-end weapons. These merchants also offer various other items like ammunition, consumables, tools, and various others. As for the upgrade, you can rest at any site of grace to get access to the leveling menu. Here, we have the option to level up our character and this will boost stats like Attack Power, Defense Power, and various others. Runes Mod This is a bit different method because it requires you to install mods from external sources. There are several different mods for this purpose. Some can get you unlimited runes whereas others multiply your existing runes by up to a thousand times. This one is pretty different from the traditional way of getting runes or saving them. Facemaker’s Boutique in Baldur’s Gate 3 is a store from where you can purchase various outfits of your choice. The boutique is located in Lower City and it is owned by Figaro Pennygood. It’s worth visiting the Facemaker Boutique in BG3 because there is some great loot and you can buy lots of different clothes for your characters. Moreover, this location is a part of the Quest “Investigate the Murders”. To get there, you should know the exact location which we have covered below in this guide. Also, we have explained various other important details regarding the Facemaker Boutique such as the fight with Dolor after which you can access the boutique. Facemaker Boutique BG3 Location Facemaker Boutique is located in the Lower City, this place is accessible during Act Three. To reach the boutique, you will have to head towards the western side of Lower City. The closest point to Facemaker’s Boutique is Baldur’s Gate Waypoint. Get to that exact spot and you will notice several NPC’s gathered outside a building. That’s actually the Facemaker’s Boutique and they are all waiting for Figaro outside. As soon as you see this spot, know that you have arrived at the destination. Figaro will offer you tons of different items specifically related to clothing but this comes at a cost. So, all you have to do is save him during the quest called “Investigate the Murders”. During the quest, you will have to visit various characters and warn them that their lives are in danger. Figaro is one of those characters who are on the list. So, you have to save him from getting killed, and as a result, you can access his clothing collection. Ultimately, this will allow you to purchase anything from his inventory. Saving Figaro the Facemaker Upon reaching the location, head straight into the building and enter the room located on the right side. This will start the cutscene. After the cutscene ends, you have two options. Choose either to save Figaro from Dolor and then defeat Dolor. Or you can let Figaro die and then finish off Dolor. But this other option won’t give you much except for the loot from their bodies. So, a much better approach is saving Figaro and then finishing off Dolor. In this manner, you will have the option to loot Dolor and also get access to Figaro’s entire clothing collection. He will let you choose any item from his inventory and purchase it. Saving Figaro is a perfect option and it morally fits well. So, you should definitely go with it. But before you move further, don’t forget to loot Dolor’s body. There will be several useful items that you can pick. Here are all of them: Figaro’s Clothing Collection Now that you have saved Figaro’s life, it’s time to get rewarded with unique outfits. Baldur’s Gate 3: Search Tolna’s Office (Sorcerous Sundries Basement & Silverhand Vault)

Search Tolna’s office in Baldur’s Gate 3 is not a quest rather it gives you access to the Sorcerous Vault which is in the Sorcerous Sundries basement area. From here you can get the Annals of Karsus. However, it’s not easy to access the Silverhand Vault. It involves some important steps, and following those steps can take you into the vault easily. In this guide, we have explained everything step by step so you can get your hands on the Annals of Karsus. It’s actually a legendary book that Gale needs. Search Tolna’s Office in Baldur’s Gate 3 Tolna’s office is located on the second floor of Sorcerous Sundries. This location is super important in Baldur’s Gate 3, not just for completing various quests but for various reasons. One of the super important things to do in Sorcerous Sundries is get the Annals of Karsus. This is hidden behind a locked vault that can only be accessed by breaking in. But first, head to the Sorcerous Sundries and speak to Tolna on the first floor. Upon speaking to her, you will get the exact location of it but she will also mention not to sell it. And that’s where you must somehow get into the vault secretly. So, it’s time to break in. Breaking into Sorcerous Vault Once you have spoken to Tolna head straight to the second floor. There will be a locked door and to your surprise, the floor is protected by some guards. The door must be unlocked to get to the entrance. Here’s what you need to do. Ungroup all your party members and use an invisibility potion or an invisibility spell on one of your party members. This is super important because if you try to unlock the door without being invisible then guards will catch you. Once your party member is invisible, get to the locked door and unlock it. It’s a DC 15 check, it won’t be hard to unlock the door. In the next room, there will be a bookshelf just right to the door. That shelf has a Clasped Book, interact with it to open the portal. Also, pick up the Basement Chest Key from the table, this will help you later. Now, that the portal is open, get through it to reach on the other side. This takes you to the Sorcerous Vault (Sorcerous Sundries basement) where you can find the Annals of Karsus. Finding Annals of Karsus in the Sorcerous Sundries Basement (Silverhand Vault) Once you are through the portal and into the Sorcerous Vault, things will become a little harder as there are puzzles ahead. Upon entering the vault, you will see a wooden door. Just go through the door and cross the bridge. Now, you will see another door but this will be locked. Unlock the door with a DC 15 Sleight of Hand. Here comes the tricky part. As soon as you get through the door, you will see three doors. These are the puzzle doors, opening them in the correct order will allow you to unlock the Karsus Door which leads to the SorcerousVault. Follow these steps in the correct order: Now, you will reach a room that has a lever in it. Pull the lever and the door to the Sorcerous Vault will be opened. Next, get back to the starting point by using the door that is marked as Demon. Once you are at the starting point, you will see that Sorcerous Vault is open. Once you enter the vault, look around and find The Annals of Karsus on a bookshelf. Apart from that you can also look out for Foebreaker and Scroll of Dethrone, these will also be on one of the shelves in Sorcerous Vault. Using Annals of Karsus Annals of Karsus is used by Gale. So, once you have got them get back to your camp and hand it over to Gale. He will then read the book which allows you to make progress in his quest. So, this legendary Annals of Karsus is basically there to help you make progress in Gale’s Companion Quest. But that’s not all, Annals of Karsus can also get you Scroll of Dethrone. This is useful when you are unable to pick Scroll of Dethhrone from the vault. Also, if you are looking to make two of your party members learn this spell then it will help you out. The Scroll of Dethrone will transferred to your inventory when you have finished reading the book. Afterward, you can use it to allow any wizard in your party to learn the spell. FAQs How Do I Search Tolna’s Office? To search Tolnas Office in BG3, you must enter through the door on the second floor of Sorcerous Sundries. You can find it just next to the two portals. Make sure to use an invisibility spell when you are unlocking that door and entering the office. Otherwise, the guards on the floor will catch you. Once you are in the office look for the Clasped Book on the bookshelf, it will open the portal for you. The portal takes you to the next area where you can continue your journey to Sorcerous Vault. How Do I Get Into Tolna’s Vault? It’s actually the Sorcerous Vault that you can get access to from Tolnas office. So what you have to do is make your way from Tolna’s office through the portals. The portal is the only way to reach the sorcerous vault. Open the portal by interacting with the Clasped Book which is in the bookshelf of tolna’s office. As soon as the portal appears, jump right in and your next stop would be the sorcerous vault. Genshin Impact has so many bosses and enemies that you can fight with, some are even closely resembling huge monsters while others are beasts, abyss, and a variety of other forms. Genshin Impact Monsters & Enemies To list down all the enemies of Genshin Impact, we have hundreds of them and that includes monsters as well. So, we have picked up some of the most powerful and huge monsters. Don’t forget to prepare yourself and your alliance before you head for a fight with any of these. 10. Dragon of Verdure Genshin Impact has dozens of different bosses in various forms including the monsters. Dragon of Verdure is one of them, it is a big leafy boss. This will look more like a huge tree. You can find it in the Realm of the Beginnings which is at the Desert of Hadramaveth. Floating Hydro Fungus Genshin Impact has introduced many different enemies Floating Hydro Fungus is one of them. This might seem like a cute and easy-to-beat boss but things are pretty much the opposite. This monstrous huge floating mushroom-shaped boss has the hydro-based special abilities. Floating Hydro Fungus resides in the Chasm Mines, that’s the place where you can find it wandering around. Heading deep down in the mines can definitely lead you to one of them. Defeating this monster will reward you with various items such as Luminescent Pollen, Crystalline Cyst Dust, Fungal Spores, Dormant Fungal Nucleus, and others. 7. Bathysmal Vishap Herd These are the exclusive monsters in Genshin Impact, you can find a few different monsters in this group. These monsters have some exceptional strength that was gifted to them when they were bred. Bathysal Vishap are from the Dainichi Mikoshi, Enkanomiya. Beating these monsters requires a team based on different materials and powers. Forming a team with Main DPS, Sub DPS, and Support characters is a must. Black Serpent Knight: Windcutter Windcutter is a huge monstrous enemy in Genshin Impact, this belongs to a group of Black Serpent Knights. He holds a massive sword which is his primary weapon. You can find him in The Chasm, Liyue. Beware that this enemy can get buffed easily if it attacks a target that has a shield equipped. The best thing you can do is not use the shields, instead try to heal yourself as early as possible. Also, dodging the attacks is a beneficial move for this battle. 5. Abyss Herald: Wicked Torrents Wicked Torrent belongs to the group Abyss Herald, these types of monsters are not easy to take. Their build is huge which is why they are highly skilled with all the power that you can expect from a monster enemy. You can find him and other related monsters in a quest called The Chasm Delvers, there is one more quest which is Requiem of the Echoing Depths Archon. These two quests are made for Abyss Herald. Since they are equipped with some exceptional abilities such as teleport and elemental skills, it is recommended that you bring up the characters with cryo and hydro powers. This would result in applying freeze to Wicked Torrents. Moreover, with the help of electro, their shield can be fully destroyed to finish them off. 4. Until now we have seen many updates for Genshin Impact, which is the reason why the game is reaching new heights every day. With the release of new updates, we see many unique and useful additions to the game. In the latest 4.7 update, we have got Genshin Impact New Characters. That’s what we are covering in this guide. We already have dozens of playable characters, but this addition is even more fantastic based on the characters we are going to see. Genshin Impact New Characters That You Should Not Miss! We have lined up a few characters who are most likely to be added to the game. But some may not be playable yet as they are yet to be featured in the banner. Here are the ones we know that are added to the game. Clorinde Clorinde is a great new addition to Genshin Impact. She is perfect for dealing high damage at the fastest speed. Clorinde has 5 Stars Rarity with a rating of “A”. She is an Electro Sword character, so that means you are going to see some electrical damage from this character. Since she is a 5-star character, you don’t need to worry about some low-base stats. She already having a high-end set of base stats which definitely goes all the way up as she levels up. Sigewinne Sigewinne is another new addition that we are going to see. Her skill is definitely focused on the healing side, but still, she can also add some great buffs to the elemental skills. Sethos Sethos is also the latest addition to Genshin Impact. This is just an amazing character that comes with a rating “B” and 4-star rarity although the base stats and strengths he has are greatly enhanced. Sethos is an Electro character with a bow as a base weapon. What we admire the most is his Piercing Damage ability, this can impact multiple targets in one shot.
