Mega Stones are the key items when it comes to evolving your Pokemon into their beast mode. In Pokemon Unbound, we have a list of specific Pokemon that are eligible to evolve with Mega Stone.
This evolution is known as Mega Evolution since it comes from using a Mega Stone. Each of the stones can be only be used once and it differs for each Pokemon.
This guide has a list of all mega stones that are found in Pokemon Unbound.
Pokemon Unbound: All Mega Stones Locations
Are you planning to turn your Pokemon into a beast? Well, you are gonna need to put your hand on that Mega Stone. Pokemon Unbound has quite a good number of mega stones designed for each Pokemon’s mega evolution.
Here’s the full list of mega stone locations in Pokemon Unbound.
Mega Stones From Letter A
Altarianite: This stone is used to evolve Altaria into Mega Altaria. It can be obtained by defeating Successor Maxima in Tarmigan Mansion.
Aggronite: Aggronite is used to evolve Aggron into Mega Aggron. This one can be obtained from the Lost Tunnels. In order to access these tunnels, you must initiate the mission Island Survivor by interacting with the NPC at Auburn Waterway.
Audinite: Audinite is required to evolve Audino. This one is found in the Seaport City Warehouse. Look for a yellow box in the warehouse and interact with it. This can only be accessed if you have completed the mission Home for a Hobo.
Ampharosite: Ampharosite evolves Ampharos into Mega Ampharos. It is obtained by defeating a white-haired trainer in Thundercap Mountain 2F. You will need to use the move Rock Climb.
Alakazite: Alakazite is used to evolve Alakazam into Mega Alakazam. This is obtained by defeating a white-haired trainer on Route 11.
Aerodactylite: This mega stone helps you in evolving Aerodactyl into Mega Aerodactyl. It is obtained from a puzzle room which is located in the Crystal Peak 1F.
Abomasite: You will need Abomasite Mega Stone to evolve Abomasnow into Mega Abomasnow. This will be obtained from the Frozen Forest. Make sure you have completed the Nine Tails of Snow mission.
Absolite: Absolite evolves Absol into Mega Absol. You will need to defeat a female trainer on the west of Crystal Peak 1F, she will then give you the Absolite Mega Stone.
Mega Stones From Letter B
Blazikenite: This one evolves your Blaziken into Mega Balziken, and can be obtained from Cube Corp Mega Stone Maker in exchange for 5 Fire Gems.
Banettite: This mega stone is used to evolve Pokemon Banettite. You can get this Mega Stone from Grim Woods. Look for the Raid Den in the woods and the stone will be lying just next to it.
Beedrillite: Beedrillite will evolve your Beedrill into Mega Beedrill. Finish off the mission Weed Whacker and meet the trainer in the woods to obtain this Mega Stone.
Blastoisinite: This one evolves Blastoise into Mega Blastoise. This one is easy to obtain, meet Catherine in the Magnolia Town Cafe.
Mega Stones From Letter C
Charizardite X: This Mega Stone evolves Charizard X into Mega Charizard X. Get this stone from Cinder Volcano 2F, it will be hidden in a small room.
Charizardite Y: This mega stone evolves Charizard Y into Mega Charizard Y. Visit Magnolia Town Cafe and meet Abimbola to get this mega stone.
Cameruptite: Cameruptite will evolve your Camerupt into Mega Camerupt. You will have to defeat a white-haired trainer in the Cinder Volcano 3F to obtain this mega stone.
Mega Stones From Letter D
Diancite: Diancite will help you in evolving Diancie into Mega Diancie. Meet the trainer right next to the Pokemon Center of Crater Town to obtain this stone.
Mega Stones From Letter G
Gardevoirite: This stone evolves Gardevoir into Mega Gardevoir. Check out the boxes in the Vivill Town Warehouse B2F to obtain this stone.
Galladite: It evolves Gallade into Mega Gallade. This stone is hidden on the east side of the Antisis Port, right on top of shipment crates.
Gengarite: It will evolve Gengar into Mega Gengar. It can be obtained from the snowy area of Victory Road, close to the entrance of Kyurem’s room.
Gyaradosite: This evolves Gyarados into Mega Gyarados. Meet a trainer on Route 13, he will be on the small island. Defeat him to get the stone.
Glaitite: It will evolve Glalie into Mega Glalie. Obtain this stone by defeating the skier trainers in Icicle Cave 1F.
Garchompite: It will evolve Garchomp into Mega Garchomp. It can be obtained from Shadow Base Warehouse in Frozen Heights. Alternative, if you picked Gible in the beginning then Professor Log will give you the stone only after completing the mission Portal Purge.
Mega Stones From Letter H
Heracronite: It will evolve Heracross into Mega Heracross. This can be found in the Antisis City once you have completed the mission The Battle of Antisis.
Houndoominite: This stone helps in evolving Houndoom into Mega Houndoom. Can be obtained from the Shadow Base B3F.
Mega Stones From Letter K
Kangaskhanite: It evolves Kangaskhan into Mega Kangaskhan. Defeat a lady Pokemon trainer in the Redwood Forest, she will be with her Kangaskhan. She will reward you with Kangaskhanite.
Mega Stones From Letter L
Loppunite: It helps in evolving Lopunny into Mega Lopunny. Can be obtained by defeating the Crush Kin trainers on Route 2.
Lucarionite: This stone evolves Lucario into Mega Lucario. Head over to the northeast side of the Great Desert and look for the white-haired man. He will reward you with this stone once you have won 2000 battles.
Latiosite: This evolves Latios into Mega Latios. It is obtained as a reward from the Ranger at Mission HQ entrance in Fallshore City. If your character is a boy then you must finish 45 missions and if it’s a girl then you have already completed the mission No Survivors.
Latiasite: It will evolve your Latias into Mega Latias. This can be obtained from the Ranger at Mission HQ. Visit the Mission HQ after completing the mission No Survivors if your character is a boy or after completing 45 missions if your character is a girl.
Mega Stones From Letter M
Mawilite: It will evolve Mawile into Mega Mawile. Can be obtained from Icicle Cave 4F, hidden in a small room.
Medichamite: This will help you in evolving Medichamp into Mega Medichamp. Get this stone by defeating the white-haired trainer on Route 10.
Mewtwonite Y: This stone evolves your Mewtwo Y into Mega Mewtwo Y. Can be obtained by using the Mystery Code: 4QP1SH1BN8JF on the second floor of any Pokemon Center.
Mewtwonite X: This stone evolves your Mewtwo X into Mega Mewtwo X. It can be obtained from the second floor of any Pokemon Center by using the following code: 6ZT5ZX7RN4KK.
Metagrossite: It is used to evolve Metagross into Mega Metagross. It can be obtained from Professor Log once you have finished the mission Portal Purge. It can also be found in the Shadow Base Warehouse. Look for a small room with a locked door, use the level 2 key pass to unlock the door. This only becomes available when you pick Beldum in the beginning.
Manectite: If you have Manectric then this stone will evolve it into Mega Manectric. You can find it in the Thundercap Mountain 3F. It will be hidden behind the electric fence.
Mega Stones From Letter P
Pinsirite: Pinsir can be evolved into Mega Pinsir using this stone. This can be obtained from Redwood Forest after completing the mission of Numb Skull. Look for the trainer who teaches Headbut move to your Pokemon.
Pidgeotite: Pidgeot can be evolved into Mega Pidgeot with the help of Pidgeotite. This stone is obtained from the trainer at Route 18. He will be standing on the edge of a cliff.
Mega Stones From Letter S
Scizorite: Scizor can be evolved into Mega Scizor with this stone. This is obtained by defeating one of the trainers in the Great Desert.
Steelixite: It is used to evolve Steelix into Mega Steelix. This can be found on Fallshore Beach Route 11.
Swampertite: Swampertite is used to evolve Swampert into Mega Swampert. Get this stone from the Mega Stone Maker at Cube Corp in exchange for 5 Water Gems.
Sharpedonite: Sharpedonite evolves Sharpedo into Mega Sharpedo. This can be obtained from the Police Officer NPC right outside the Pokemon Center of Seaport City. You need to complete the mission Shark Bait.
Slowbronite: It will evolve your Slowbro into Mega Slowbro. This stone is hidden on the Beach South of Seaport City. Look for a tiny island with a Pokemon on it. The stone will be invisibly hidden right on the land.
Sceptilite: This stone evolves your Sceptile into Mega Sceptile. You will need to collect 5 Grass Gems and give them to Mega Stone Maker at Cube Corp to obtain this stone.
Salamencite: Salamencite will evolve your Salamence into Mega Salamence. This stone will be rewarded by Arthur in Dresco Town. Meet him after defeating Aklove in Ruins of Void.
Sablenite: Sablenite is used to evolve Sableye into Mega Sableye. This stone can be obtained from a trainer at Route 18. Find her on the South-West side of the Pokemon Center at Route 18.
Mega Stones From Letter T
Tyranitarite: This will evolve Tyranitar into Mega Tyranitar. There are two different ways to obtain this stone based on your earlier choice. If you have picked Larvitar in the beginning then you can get the stone from Shadow Base Warehouse in Frozen Heights. Alliteratively, you can get it from Professor Log once you have finished the mission Portal Purge.
Mega Stones From Letter V
Venusaurite: This evolves your Venusaur into Mega Venusaur. It is obtained from Mahina in Magnolia Town Cafe. Visit her on Thursdays only.
